Baked salmon with microgreens

It’s no secret that salmon filets are a healthy protein filled with Omega-3s. That’s why we featured our favorite baked salmon recipe with nutritious and delicious micro radish and micro broccoli organic microgreens. We like to keep it simple here at Homegrown Health Farms because running a business and a farm takes up a lot of time. We love every minute of it but it doesn’t leave room for many meals that take long or require a ton of prep. 

This easy salmon recipe is topped off with our spicy micro radish or mild micro broccoli microgreens adding an extra crunch, punch of nutrition, and delicious flavor! Do you like it spicy or mild? We hope you enjoy this recipe any way you like it! 

Ingredients
Serves 4

  • 1.5 – 2lb wild-caught salmon filet
  • 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon pepper
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

2. Coat with olive oil, lemon pepper, sea salt and black pepper

3. Bake for 20 – 30 minutes, depending on your preference. Check at 20 minutes, and rotate to cook for another 5-10 minutes.

**To serve, top with a heaping handful of radish and/or broccoli microgreens.

Serve with your favorite grain. We love quinoa or brown rice. Enjoy!
