Micro cantaloupe summer smoothie
Yes, you read that right. We are featuring micro cantaloupe. What’s special about micro cantaloupe? It has a beautifully subtle sweetness with a hint of cantaloupe but it’s not overpowering like the adult-size fruit. The texture is smooth so it fits perfectly in any salad to add sweetness or as you see below it blends well in a smoothie.Â
Health benefits: Micro cantaloupe is high in antioxidants and fiber plus you will get good amounts of vitamins, A, C, E, and K.Â

Ingredients
(2) cups of milk either dairy or non-dairy. Whichever you prefer!
(2) scoops of vanilla protein powder
(2) bananas sliced
(1/2) cup frozen peaches and mangoes
A healthy handful of Micro Cantaloupe!
Optional FUN ingredients: Feta cheese, fresh basil, fresh thyme, and sunflower shoots for more nuttiness.

Step 1:
Chop all fruit into bite-sized pieces.
Step 2:
Blend together and add more liquid if needed. ENJOY!
