Green Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of milk (can sub. almond or soy)
  • 2 scoops of protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp of hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup of pea shoots and/or sunflower shoots
  • ice
  • anything else you like!
**Tip: For a nuttier flavor add sunflower shoots. It will give it a bit of a peanut butter note. 

This is the easiest recipe we enjoy in the morning and afternoon. It fills you up and gives you energy all day yet delicious enough for a sweet dessert after dinner.

Directions:

Step 1: Blend ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.
