Easy Taco Tuesday with spicy micro radish
Ingredients:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 minced garlic gloves
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 1 pound of meat/protein of your choice
- 1 tbsp chili powderÂ
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/4 cup of micro radish and micro cilantro
- Taco shells of your choice!
I make this recipe every Tuesday and sometimes twice a week because it is so easy and versatile. My family loves using micro radish and the colorful rainbow mix instead of lettuce. Our new family staple! ~ Michelle D
Directions:
Step 1: Sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add in bell peppers and sauté until soft.
Step 2: Add meat or other protein and spices, mix together, and cook all the way through.
Step 3: Assemble tacos with veggies, beans, and protein. Top with a heap of spicy micro radish and micro cilantro, and enjoy!
