Easy Taco Tuesday with spicy micro radish


  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 minced garlic gloves
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 pound of meat/protein of your choice
  • 1 tbsp chili powder 
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup of micro radish and micro cilantro
  • Taco shells of your choice!
**Tip: Use the avocado dressing you made for the beet burger. It is delicious on tacos too!

I make this recipe every Tuesday and sometimes twice a week because it is so easy and versatile. My family loves using micro radish and the colorful rainbow mix instead of lettuce. Our new family staple! ~ Michelle D


Step 1: Sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add in bell peppers and sauté until soft.

Step 2: Add meat or other protein and spices, mix together, and cook all the way through.

Step 3: Assemble tacos with veggies, beans, and protein. Top with a heap of spicy micro radish and micro cilantro, and enjoy!
